Monnow Valley Studio is an iconic professional recording studio situated just two miles outside the market town of Monmouth in the small village of Rockfield. Founded in 1972, it is regarded as one of the oldest professional recording studios in the world. Boasting a 200 square meter live room, three separate control rooms and an impressive inventory of vintage outboard equipment, it offers an excellent experience for any musician looking to capture their performances on tape. They are open to both professional and amateur artists alike, providing the perfect intimate space for music production. In addition to the studio's impressive acoustics, the natural landscape and calming atmosphere provide the perfect accompaniment to help bring music alive.

This 11 bedroom luxury holiday house is located on the banks of the River Monnow in rural Monmouthshire. It boasts a rich and fascinating history, having been the exclusive recording studio to artists such as Ozzy Osbourne, Oasis and Sir Tom Jones since 1970s. Now, it has been carefully renovated into a beautifully furnished large holiday home, perfect for entertaining and enjoying quality time with friends and family. This spacious and light-filled house can accommodate up to 24 guests, who will have access to 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (with 7 of them being en-suite). The main lounge contains a large TV with Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a woodburner. There is also an adjoining snug with a double sofa bed. The original studio control room, now the games and cinema room, allows all guests to enjoy pool, darts, table tennis, Playstation 4 and movies.
