This two-mile stretch of coastline is backed by massive sand dunes and features a variety of rock formations like Baggy Point and Chapel Rock. Along the beach, there are plenty of activities for everyone such as surfing, kite surfing, fishing, kayaking, bike trails, and more. There is no shortage of cafes and restaurants along the beach, making it an ideal spot for a day out with family or friends. Corffe House is an impressive 9 bedroom Georgian country house set within lovely gardens, located in the quaint village of Tawstock just outside of Barnstaple. Perfect for a large gathering or family occasion, this large holiday home can sleep up to 22 people and offers guests some fantastic leisure facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, cinema room with a 3.5 metre screen, projector and full Sky package, and a pool table. The property boasts two spacious reception rooms; a lounge with a 65 inch TV with full Sky package and a second living room with comfy sofas and open fire. The fully equipped kitchen makes for easy self-catering and the bedrooms are arranged over two floors. There are nine beautifully styled bedrooms, three on the first floor and four on the top floor. The first floor offers three spacious bedrooms with super-king size sleigh beds, a twin bedroom, and bunkbed room with two built in 2ft 6 beds suitable for children or petite adults. It also has a family bathroom with both bath and shower and another family bathroom with bath and WC. On the top floor there are four further bedrooms; three with oak super-king size beds, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom and shower room. Some bedrooms have full-size day beds as well.
